Becoming Inspired and Moved, truly moved to Action by Randy Pausch's "Last Lecture" Video
Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008) gave his last lecture at the university on Sept. 18, 2007, to a packed auditorium and has since been viewed the world over. In his moving presentation, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," Pausch talks about his lessons learned and gives advice on how to achieve their own career and personal goals.
His life story, outlook on life, and philosophy on dealing with challenges and adversity is not only inspirational and motivational but leaves the viewer with a renewed sense of hope, conviction, and purpose.

So sorry everyone - we completely forgot that Ash Wednesday services are this Wed. So that we don't cause a scheduling conflict with those who wish to attend services and since the Ascension parking lot will be full, there will be no Vocare meeting this Wed. We will resume with our next, regularly-scheduled meeting on March 14 (Lenten services will be taking place but parking will be a little lighter (especially if you show up early).
